Hello All,

Last night I've inspected all items listed in the title, to my suprise, like new:D My question pertains to exhaust flappers- they looked mint accept a bit dirty and soft. Are they supposed to be soft? I played with them when thet were in and out and they work fine ist just that the rubber is soft. They are all rubber, no metal. What do you guys think??

I know the old ones had metal in them, not sure about the newer ones, in any case as long as you have a good flow of water going out the exhaust (read that a good impeller pumping at the proper rate) your rubber parts should last a long time, my engine exhaust bellows are 35 years old and in fine shape, without sufficient cooling water they would not last 15 minutes.
