My 82 sea ray 245 has a wierd instrument panel set up - the instruments are mounted on a slight rise with a plexiglass protector with a teak frame. The compass is forward of the rise. Just below the instrument cluster are the fuses and switches for all accessories. These are on an aluminum plate that is mounted to the dash panel. The switches/fuses set at the base of an "L" that has no drains and collects water during any type of rain. Winter project is to do this mess over. Further complicated by the fish finder and the gps will require some space. Any ideas?

Re: Instrument Panel

That "L" area, could you drill some 1/4" holes in the corners at the bottom?

Re: Instrument Panel

The "L" area can have holes drilled BUT they would be behind the blukhead between the aft cabin and the head. See the problem?
