Who provides insurance for a 28' sailboat that is 50 years old.

I think I have "Boat US" Geico is the actual underwriter. (mine is 62 yr old 33ft power boat)
Any boat of that age will most likely require a "suitability for insurance" survey, not quite as extensive as a pre-purchase survey, but a formal survey non the less.

liability for full coverage? The boat itself doesn't matter much if you are just looking at liability.
