I have a 1991 GM 3.0L engine. What is the correct way to have the manifold checked for possible cracks. I can't see any cracks but is it possible that it can be cracked inside where it can't be seen. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Yes it's possible. If your boating in salt water and that's the original manifold do yourself a favor and replace it. Five years on a salt water manifold is a good life.

Compressed Air on the Water side at 10/ 15lbs.,+ you'll Hear the Leak,.... If there Is 1.....
