Troubleshooting intermittent (and highly frustrating) hard start and non-start events on my E3RCU.
Compression and spark ruled out as factors.
As part of carburetor exam, I wondered if my needle valve assembly might be at issue.
396522 is the p/n --- which of course I don't have on hand at present.
But in my misc. parts stash, I do have the assembly for p/n 396521.
The "22" kit (specified for my motor) contains a rubberized needle tip.
The "21" kit contains an uncoated needle tip.
With their respective seats, these differences may be meaningless.
If seat threads of the "21" kit mate correctly with my carb, any reason I should not interchange these two kits?
