Interesting 2.5-3.0 head compatability comparisson

I found this while doing some investigating on the different head styles from the 2.5 and 3.0 marine engines.

I almost bought a newer style 3.0 head and it looks like the manifold wouldn't mate 100% up to it.

Something to look at when searching for 2.5 or 3.0 heads... they will bolt onto the blocks, but there are other mating issues.
