This article is from October '98. It was brought to my attention because the author flames my boats manufacturer (MFG, Molded Fiber Glass) as building fiberglass boats with a chopper gun that fell apart. In defense of MFG, all I can say is that their boats built with match die pressure molds are still around after 44 years. Not too shabby if you ask me. They also did and still do make Corvette body parts and fiberglass truck bodies. So I think they had some fiberglass experience prior to making boats. Oh well.<br /><br />At any rate, the article is very interesting with examples of core delamination. There are two links at the end of the article worth reading too.
