Interior cushion panel replacement - 1998 Bayliner Capri 2050

Recently purchased a 1998 Bayliner Capri 2050 that needs some restoration. One issue are the interior cushion panels. The wood the panels are made with has rotted to the point where I can’t even use them as a template. Any ideas for a solution? Can new interior pieces be purchased anywhere or is there a template to make them? Specifically, I’m really looking for the bow panels as one of them is rotten and falling off. Thanks!
