Interior question 1981 starcraft

I have a 1981 starcraft open bow - just installed the floor and repainted the boat white - so now i have to do the interior.

1) Should I put new back to back seats?

2) Windshield - should I leave it off?

3) The bow area - make it into a platform?

4) I am not sure I want the windshield back in - should I put a console windshield on each console?

Just something to think about. Does anyone have good pictures of a finished interior?

New back to backs are big bucks for the good ones.

Windshield does offer protection in a storm and a bit of cover..... look at this open bow I took a picture of yesterday with a top up......

You can make a platform for the bow if the intent is all fishing ....that's my plan
