Looks like I have an intermittent down power trim switch not working properly. When I push down to lower the power trim on my Bravo one drive it sometimes does not turn on my trim pump. I have already removed and cleaned the contacts and terminals on the power trim pump but the problem still exists. My next check will be the dashboard switch itself. Is there anything else I should look at to try and isolate this intermittent condition?

Yes Thomv there are things you can do. Obviously you understand terminal corrosion and therefore removed and cleaned the terminals on the trim pump. So if you have a trim pump solenoid, do the same, if not also check the switch terminals for corrosion. If after cleaning those connections and still have a problem, replace the switch. the internal contacts can get corroded as well... :thumb:

I still have to check corrosion on the trim pump solenoids before looking at the trim switch.
