if your boat is there more than 60 consecutive days in a row, you must register in delaware.

however your boat is mobile...... use it as a boat and go boating for a few weekends.

problem solved

People register their boat in Delaware for tax purposes then keep the boat in Maryland..ie Chesapeake Bay.

Maryland boaters keep their boats for the summer in Delaware ie Atlantic Ocean

Don’t know about Delaware but Maryland is very active searching out violators, trailer or not.

Lots of tax revenues involved $$$$
