Is 115 Faststrike o.k. for saltwater use?

I recently purchased a 1996 115 faststrike for cheap on ebay and have not recieved it yet, I have noticed that they are almost always on freshwater bass boats, I plan on using it mostly in saltwater do these faststrikes have any stainless hardware or corrosion protection for saltwater use?

Absolutely do not use it in saltwater. Send it to me.<br /><br />Seriously there is no reason not to use it anywhere you want to. It was by no means intended to be used in fresh water only.<br /><br />Great motor!
