Is a 120 force i/o powerhead the same as an outboard?

Hi I'm looking to buy a 94 bayliner capri with a toasted 120 force. Is it possible to swap in the powerhead from a 120 force outboard?

Force is an outboard, not an IO. So moving this to the Force outboard section.

Basic block should be the same.
But check the drive shaft splines in the cranks.
