Thanks for your responses.<br /><br />I have a 1973 evinrude. I have the intake that already has the hole for the fuel primer. I would rather use this instead of a mechanical choke so that I can use it for troubleshooting mixture down the road.<br /><br />Maybe someone has an old unit out of service that could be put to some good use.

The primer injects into the top of each carb or into each by pass cover not thru a single hole in the intake.<br /><br />Good luck!
