Is Changing Diameter on prop is ok??

Hello everyone, I have a 1987 90hp Evinrude with a 13x19 ss prop. I run about 5600 rpms WOT and I was wondering if I could switch to a 14 1/4 X 21" prop without killing my hole shot, my goal here is to add more speed, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oscar,<br /><br />If it's truly a 14 1/4" the diameter is too big. That was made for a V-6. Different gearcase.
