Or does the new Hurricane Fundeck Center Console bear an odd similarity to the Skank?<br /><br />Look at this thing...<br /><br />

<br /><br />It is a center console variant on the fundeck theme, with a deep center V tri-hull design and bow seating. Also has the usual cc pivoting backrest and is, of course, outboard powered. They go on to talk about the excellent ride and handling characteristics and all that. Is the tri-hull on its way back?<br /><br />Now, the Beast...<br /><br />

<br /><br />Now granted, the fundeck looks a heck of a lot better, but I just think its funny that I tear apart a regular runabout, convert it to center console, thus creating a not very attractive boat. Just as I am settling into the fact that my boat is in fact pretty ugly, Hurricane goes and builds a spiffy version. I think the designers have been checking out the Projects section....Even my better half took one look at the picture and said "Honey, theres your boat". I laughed, of course. Now I guess I need to paint and properly upholster Skanky Beast....

Jason, thats what you get for not putting a patent on skanky. It could have been the Skanky patent. Think of all the money you could have made.
