Is my motor too small for my boat?

Hi. I have a 1989 Johnson 110hp VRO. It is pushing a 19.2ft center console Marvac. It just seems that there is not enough power. Engine runs like a dream and sounds normal. I don't have a tach yet, but soon to see how many RPMs I'm getting. When throttling up, the boat planes real smooth. Not sure, thought I ask. ( water conditions don't seem to effect the performance much ie. choppy or calm)

That's alot of boat for a 115. You'd probably like a 150 more but it depends on what you want the boat to do.

What is the boat rated for? You should get reasonable performance with that setup.
