I believe so. I have been out on the lake until like 3am before without a problem. And by that time, theres some people starting to come out to fish... so i don't see why not.

Thanks. Beltzville lake you can be on overnight also but u must be actively fishing.Just wanted to make sure overnighting while not fishing is legal. The lake is about 1.5 hours from house. So i would like to try the lake then spend the night then leave the next day

yes it is, you can camp on the lake, set your hook in one of the coves, nice one north of Brady bridge, on the north side, I spoke to the state police on this last week so Im up to date.
email and i can go into detail on my favorite marina that will allow you to transient and dock overnight if you like as well for 25.
