Is there a difficult set-up afterwards to get it running?
Like valve adjustments or anything or is it just bolt on and torque
Thank you

Not difficult, have to adjust valves to zero lash, then turn another 3/4 turn.
The hardest part for some is getting it to zero lash.

Valve is full closed
With 2 fingers on one hand, rotate the push rod slightly back n forth while also going up and down. The up and down is what your wanting to feel, the back n forth is to keep the rod from sticking. With the other hand tighten the rocker nut slowly until the up/down is gone, this is zero lash

The back n forth movement will still be felt
