Is there a knock or am I being paranoid?

just replaced plugs, wires, dizzy, rotor, fuel pressure regulator and oil change - 15w-40 royal purple.

Bought this boat over winter, has a Michigan motorz block from 2016. Put about 10 hours on it and it stalled on me and wouldn’t restart... took it out of the slip and performed the tune up items noted above and she fired right up. Water tested today and she ran great... better than before but am I hearing a slight knock or doesn that sound normal?

I can hear something but its not a rod knock. Kinda sounds like something in the valve train
