Is this a 5.7 v8 or 4.3 v6 vortec flywheel?

The description of the flywheel says
MerCruiser GM 4.3l LX Vortec Flywheel 14103283 N 168 Teeth
However it has also 5.7 mercruiser in the detailed description. Are these flywheels the same?

Definitely not. And I searched that number you posted. It's not a Merc number, and the ebay ad says "1986-1995 4.3 V6 Vortec..." Sorry, Vortec didn't start on the V6s until late 1996. And even in that era, different flywheels.
