is this a johnson serial number?

I just purchased a boat and have to title the motor. Its a older 25 hp and the serial sticker is missing. The freeze plug says R8186328 is that the serial number?

"R" means it is a replacement powerhead, possibly a warranty replacement. I suppose the title people might accept that as the serial number. Good luck.
