Is this boat a starcraft?

Hello everyone.
I have a 1997 Monark Pro 1700. The HIN number starts with a STRxxxxxxx. Does this mean it's a Starcraft hull that was rigged by Monark?

Starcraft made and sold hulls to many different companies over the years.
Besides the Sylvan and Smokercraft lines which under the same roof with Starcraft, they made hulls for Sea Nymph, Blue Fin, Monark, Northwoods, and a few others.

That was available if you google the USCG MIC Database Manufacturers Identification Code (MIC) Database
