Yes. The MPI stands for multi port fuel injection. The ECM is inside the black box to the right behind the white oil filter.

I can see the MAP sensor and the fuel schrader valve to check fuel pressure.

They're all good until they break down.

Questions to ask the previous owner:
Was the engine ran in salt?
Was the maintenance kept up the best you know of?
One of the biggest concerns would be the conditions of the exhaust manifolds & exhaust gaskets +/between the exhaust riser elbows as if they leak, it could hurt the engine internally.
If possible, take the boat for a lake test ride.
