I am starting my second season with my first Tahoe (2006 195 Deck Boat). I noticed the first year that I was bilging more water than any other boat I have had. I had my boat mechanic look at it in the off season. He tuned it up replaced some items, including hoses, that tends to cause problems letting water in. Getting the boat back this year its running really good with the tune up, but am still bilging a lot of water. I drop it in the water off the lift, let it sit for 5 minutes without even starting, and there is water that comes out the bilge. I wanted to ask on here if this is normal, and the boat naturally takes on some water for buoyancy. Or did my mechanic miss something??

+1 on the "not normal". You shouldn't have any water coming from the bilge if it's just been sitting at the dock for 5 minutes after coming off the trailer. Do you have any "thru-hulls" for a Fishfinder, etc? How's the transom plug look is it screw in or flip up?
