I was running my 94 Force 120 on the hose to run fresh fuel through the carbs from a separate tank. After
I was done running it I noticed behind the carbs what appeared as condensation built up and cold to
the touch. This may sound like a stupid question but I have never seen this before.

Thanks

Yeah, mine looks like that when the weather conditions are just right too. If the humidity is high and the dewpoint just right, the moisture in the air turns to water droplets.

It's the air/fuel rushing through a tight space.
It cools the metal and condensation forms.
Kinda like the air cond. system in your car.
