I have ordered some parts from ISHOPMARINE last Friday the 25th and I have no tracking number as to where it is. I have called them about 500 hundred times and they keep putting me through voicemail. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I'm beginging to worry about this company. Do anyone know anything about this company or have you ordered from them before? Maybe someone knows of another number besides the 516-XXX-XXXX. Thanks for any help!

Yeah I've bought from them before without issue. In fact, shipping to Canada was faster and cheaper than I was anticipating.

Good luck.

No experience with that place, but...

I haven't heard anyone having those type of problems ordering parts through iBoats.

Yup, I had poor customer service from there once. coincidentally last time I ordered from them. I too have found iboats to be the best, and is my go to now.

So you are essentially on the Sears website to complain about the customer service at Target, should have used iboats, always get my orders super fast and everything is correct.

You get what you deserve. On May 23rd http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=551144&p=3783917#post3783917 you posted about parts and iboats was recommended to you and you ignored that advice. No one here gets kickback and you are obviously smarter then the old timer's here.

Try out that companies website forum too for advice .......... oh they do not have one.

Good luck.

Holy cow, give the guy a break.

I have ordered from them with reasonable results, sorry you are having trouble. All of my correspondence was via the web, so no phone numbers to share
