Hey guys,
The crazy storm we had flooded the area. I was putting the engine back in the boat and covered the engine the best I could. Well, after it stopped raining, the sun came out and I took a look at the mess. I noticed water in the center manifold (port) on each side (I had the risers off).
I sucked the water out of the port with my topside oil changer, and now everything is baking out in the hot sun. Whats the best way to minimize any damage? The engine hasnt been started, so I don't know if water made it past the valves...but I would imagine things will dry out quickly. Do I need to pull the plugs and crank?
Thanks,
Joe
