There are prop pullers but it just depends on what prop it is. There may be some other tricks but we'll need to know what prop / motor.

I'm sure you're tried hitting it wirh a board across the leading edge of the blades. If the prop is still in fairly good shape you might try removing the spacer and putting the nut back on so there's a space. With the boat in the water, put it in reverse and power up. It may pull lose. Once it moves it should come off. You can do this with the boat still on the trailer and just backed down the ramp.

Don't overlook the most important thing D said................put the nut back on before you put it in reverse and run it. 8)
