Ouch. Looks like it was a pretty nasty hit... What brings it up three years later though?

She have insurance? Did you claim against her? If the police issued a ticket, they think she's at fault.... You pursue it through the courts?

Hmmm...and I thought it was only me. I once put a brand new set of tires on a Blazer, 3 months later the truck died. Put a new set on a Cutlas Supreme and the tranny went out shortly afterward. I had to get rid of that car too.

Ummm, bad police work there. Even if she wasn't under the influence of some chemical substance, people should still be checked out for medical reasons. I once blacked out on city transit on my way to work (How embarassing to come to and see nothing but feet from being face down in the aisle) Regardless, I was taken to hospital by ambulance, tested, referred to a neurologist, etc, etc

It was a one time thing, but as a result, I had my drivers license suspended for 3 months until I got a clean bill of health. I guess running into another car in that condition doesn't warrant this?

Sorry for the folks who still drive the streets where she lives as there is potential for this to happen again if it is medical and more likely if chemical.

I was just going through my pictures every time i see this one i get mad about the situation. As far as sueing her in michigan we have whats called "no fault insurance" if i had been parked it would have been her responsibility to cover my losses but sence i was driving i am required to have the proper coverage and sence it was a 9 year old car i had minimal insurance on it it covered my medical bills and with the "no fault insurance" I recived a wooping $500.00 for the loss of my car (the trans i just put in was $2000.00) had a real fun time replacing it for $500

Toss the picture.

Nothing will bring it back.
