I found an old Lawrence 260 monospool fishing reel at my aunt's home, my assumption is that it was used for saltwater fishing, having never previously seen nor heard of this brand of fishing reel before i am hoping that perhaps someone here can shed some info on this item.

yep salt water reel, it was a copy of the penn #7
it' probaly 30/40 years old
