I'm in need of a replacement for motor end. Noticed that the outer cover has cracked and the insulation has also. I can grt a wateroroof industrial plug thru McMaster Carr but prefer to stay with oem. Also is there a good source for a drive shaft and shift linkage for short shaft because this is factory long shaft and want to convert to short shaft. Saw Leeroys ramblings about cutting down drive shaft but prefer to kerp it in case next boat needs long shaft motor. Thanks James
