Hi I have a Belgium made 4hp that runs fine and doesn't get hot. I can hold my fingers on the head for several second comfortably. It has no above line water pump witness. No tell tale or exhaust mist. There is a muffler where the normal spray would exit. Is this normal? Thanks....Robert
