Hello I have an 84 omc 2.5 L and I am having trouble with the select trim. The jjack screw turns both direction but will not go up or down. I assume I need to take more apart than what I have pictured. What should I be looking for? Thanks
The jack screw is not supposed to rotate. The worm wheel in the bottom is threaded to it . The nut at the top needs to be tight enough to hold the jack screw.
