Hi, Guys.<br /><br />Things are going just fine at The Hideout. <br /><br />I looked at the lake house and decided in about 10 nanoseconds that The Hideout has much more of what I want in a home. Well, all except waterfront; I guess the privacy, liberty and peace at The Hideout can't be had on waterfront in a mild climate for any price that I could dream of paying.<br /><br />I wont say that nothing can get me to move. Every time I said that in my life something I didn't expect came along and made me move.

I do understand JB--my family castle is situated on 3.75 acres of nice country subdivision land . Trees, field and privacy as well as space for the kids to discover and run wild. Fifty yard shooting range as well. Would not trade in a NY minute for the congestion around most lakeside properties here.<br /><br />However, should I ever have a cool couple mill. or so to buy a secluded local lake estate..done deal. He77, if I had that loot, I'd buy the lake.<br /><br />Am resigned to trailering the boat and pay the launch fee.
