I have a 03 90/65 on my sled that tends to have a rattle that I am almost sure is not the impeller. The rattle is at about 2000RPMs and quits after that till at WOT. I have adjusted the reverse bucket linkage a little with no change although when it is locked in fwd, the bucked still has quiet a bit of slop up and down. i guess maybe i should make a flush adapter to the pump so I can test it out of the water?
