I just found that my motor is a 1984. I been reading about converting a 9.9 to 15hp. But I'm still confused, If I buy a 15hp carbr do I still need to do any other modification???

this is a big debate, i still have not seen any confidencing evidence, that any of this works. wait till we get the results, before another motor is screwed up.
