Joe, Tilt Trim Question

I apologize about hijacking that thread and figured out what had happened. when it popped out, I didnt see it. Anyhow, I put it all back together and the up is working fine, but the down on it will not work. It is back together as the picture shows and I cleaned everything, emptied and refilled the fluid. Nothing has worked, even bleeding it. It goes up fast then when I hit down, it just won't move.

What does happen? The motor runs, doesn't run, you hear something click or hear nothing, the two trim rams move or do not move, etc. We need a little more to go on John.

Did you apply a little pressurized air (no more than 12 psi) to the reservoir? This would force lube into the pump area should there be an air lock there.
