Only possible if you spend Mega-bucks--if possible at all. Let's just say it would be so expensive that we'd be wasting our time to delve into it to see what all would be required. You can start off with a crankshaft, flywheel, top bearing head, complete ignition system, wiring harness, mounting brackets, and on and on.
I was told a GT40 coil from a corolla or so would be ok to by pass the amplifier and existing coil , to work the vaccum advance etc. Have I been misled , thanks for your help
Oh well, that is a different question. You asked about a power pack. A lot of people have experimented with using car ignition coils with mixed results. Mostly poor. They simply eliminate the amplifier and add a car coil and condenser and use the existing points to fire it. You also need a ballast resistor if the car application uses one. Those points are getting hard to find and expensive, so if you burn them up from using car coil current you create a new problem.
