Johnson 115 drops cylinder at low RPM

I have a 1980 Johnson 115 that seems to be dropping a cylinder (or two?) at low RPMs when I'm either in neutral, or heading slowly out of the Marina. I had a real lack of tools with me, so I didn't have much of a chance to diagnose while out at the lake. I did change the plugs, and the problem still continued.

When I prime the bulb and start the boat cold, it'll always idle and run fine. After letting it warm up, and head out of the Marina, it sounds like it drops a cylinder...If I throttle up a little, it seems to kick back in and run fine again. I'm new to outboards, but based on that, it seems to me like it might be a fuel related issue..? Also, while taking the boat out onto the lake, It stated to sputter and stalled, as if I ran out of fuel. I cranked the engine, and it wouldn't start...went to the back of the motor, and the primer bulb was completely empty. I squeezed it a couple times, boat fired right up, and never stalled again for the rest of the day.

Sounds like it is time to clean out the low speed jets in the carbs. Make sure you run a fine wire through them and blow them out good. You also will want to check the floats and needle valve seats, could be one of your floats are sticking. Clean all the carbs well and you should be fine.

Thanks fireman. After reading through the service manual, that's kind of what I was leaning towards.
