Johnson 155 prop doesnt move freely in neutral!!

i have a 1984 johnson 155 that doesnt move freely when i spin it by hand and when i turn the motor while in neutral the prop spins.

When you're trying to spin it by hand, does the prop lock up ??

no it doesnt lock up,it sounds like its hitting something when i spin the prop.

What's the prop shaft feel like if you take the prop off and turn it ??
