Johnson 15hp 2stroke fuel

I just recently came into a 1980 Johnson 15hp 2-stroke outboard but has no fuel tank or hose. What tank can i use? Does it have to be a johnson tank or can i use any tank and hose with the proper connector?

You can use any brand tank and hose as long as the connectors are OMC, should be pretty standard.

If you buy a plastic tank, look for one with a metal vent screw in the cap, not a plastic one. The plastic ones get yucky after a while and are hard to open and close. Pay a couple bucks more and get the metal vent screw.
