Most are, from an Evinrude dealer willing to help. Many part numbers have been superseded by updated numbers. For 4-digit numbers, add preceeding zeros to convert to 6-digit. 41-62 becomes 004162. Not available as a kit, you have to pick out and order individual parts

This parts list is easier to read, same gearcase, but be careful. A few numbers were Gale-specific.

Thank you for the info. Also, I noticed they call it a grease seal, what goes in there, gear lube or grease?

That's not the correct seal on eBay, the one i need is the gear lube oil seal near the water pump. I found the one for the prop shaft and i thought it was the same for the other but its not the other one is a bit larger.

Do you have any numbers on your current seal sometimes they can be cross referenced. Otherwise take a micrometer measure the shaft and the housing where it goes and find a seal and bearing company they can usually match something up for you. Or you need to find a dealer ship that goes back before 1968 they hopefully will have the parts fiche needed for that motor

302302 is available from Evinrude dealers. If they don't have it, they know where to get it.
