I am in Wisconsin and this is my first winter here with this motor. I am wondering what needs to be done to winterize it for outdoor storage.

I Change lower unit grease. Top off gas tank and use stabil. Clean carbs and run "engine tuner" through mine(burns carbon out of motor).
Spray fogging oil in to carbs with motor running.
Leave the carbs full of stabilized fuel.
Fog the cylinders with fogging oil. Clean or replace plugs (check gap).
Check for worn/loose parts, broken wires.
Check condition of Prop and skeg.
Spray the starter pinion with WD-40 (or similar)
Wash and Wax outside then cover it.
Remember the shops are full of people wanting parts and props reworked in the spring.
