Removed carb from johnson 1988 28 hp, soaked in tank, used wire on and blew out all orifices, replaced consumable parts w/kit, adjusted new float to match hieght of old (inverted parallel to body), repalced needle & seat, all new gasket's. Removed venturi plate and re-installed... incorectly? <br /><br />Motor starts, runs wide open, and apperas to starve out. <br /><br />Parts house was out of manuals, have one on back order.... know how that goes
