johnson 25 hp elec. start

Just picked up a couple old outboards or ancors, dont know yet. I am looking fo ra downloadable manual on the 25e75b 1975 25 hp. Johnson. Trying to get the gap for the points. Bought it ti had no spark of fuel line. cleaned points and carb fired and ran good went out first half day saturday ran good parked it and it wouldnt start after that. Came home cleaned points starts right up. got new points and condensers comin but need to know gap for points.

Ok looked at the link, the model number is 25e75b i found the 25e75 but no b on ht end. Dont know the difference or what the b stands for.

letters after the model number usually indicate things like electric start, long vs. short shaft, or other features, but the engine itself should be the same. Use the 25e75 as a manual for all of your routine maintenance and part number references, and you should be ok.
