Johnson 25Hp " NEED HELP"

I just bought a 25 Hp Johnson from 1974.The compression is 117-120 PSI,I have changed the 3 coils to new ones,New points ,Really cleaned the carburator and bought new gaskets to it,New fuel pump,New thermostate and impeller,And heres my problem:It is wery easy to start and runs nice at top speed BUT when it has normal temperature it will not idle at all,It spits and dies a low idle,But as soon as i give it throttle it runs like hell,WHY? I have tried all changes with the lower speed contol but nothing helps.

Three coils?? It only has two.

How did you adjust the "low speed" idle jet?

Start here.

1. Turn to low speed (bottem of carb facing forward) jet in all the way-GENTLY. VERY GENTLY.

2. Back off that udjustment 1 and 1/2 turns-to start.

3. Adjust, from there. It will change.

I has a "drive coil" under the flywheel.
