Hi all A quick question..
I am looking for a shaft extension kit for this 30hp motor... Its in great shape....runs beautifully but I need it to be 20 in shaft. I have searched everywhere and all i could find was a 35hp extension kit. I emailed the company... in canada for heavens sake and they said they didnt know.
Does any one konw of any place in Florida that might sell the kit. Local Johnson dealer doesnt have one cant get one ( or too lazy I dont know).
He didnt even know if the 35hp kit would fit.. wanted me to buy the Yamaha he has 40hp.... Priced out of my pocket......
I tried swapping the motor for similar long shaft..... I have never seen so much junk in all my life pretending to be good motor low hours etc...
But anyway... Having got this little beauty humming nicely I dont want to sell it .....
I guess n one has a boat with 15 inch transom and title they dont want LOLOLOLOLOL......
But seriously .. I am looking for the extension or even 30 hp long shaft with seized motor that I could replace the power head with this one... ...
