Can anyone tell me the name of the carburetor manufacturer and where I can get technical specs and a drawing of my carburetor.

What year? The repair manual should have specs and drawing for the carbs... at least mine does.

Johnson and Evinrude motors have always used carbs made by them, not outsourced.
