Johnson 51/2

I have a Johnson 5 1/2 sea horse, I am trying to look up the year and any other information I can on it. Can anyone help?

model # should be a plate on the transom mount just above and between the transom mount clamps.

Ok what I found was model # CD 14 and Serial Number 1613352 does that help at all ?
